Grand opening of industry leader in customer care and tech support brings new jobs, economic growth to Fishers, Indiana.

CallTech Communications, LLC, a Teleperformance Company, opened their newest call center in Fishers, Indiana in July 2004 and have created 300+ jobs in the former Charles Schwab building. CallTech is an in-bound customer contact center, not to be confused with telemarketing. The Columbus, Ohio-based call center/customer care provider has expanded its presence to the Fishers area in order to provide technical support and customer service for the DSL division of Verizon. CallTech is now hitting their maturity level as their employees are approaching 90 days of CallTech employment. CallTech expects on doubling its size in 2005!!

CallTech is holding a special grand opening Tuesday, November 16th at 10:00am at the CallTech facility to officially celebrate their relationship with Verizon and expansion at the Fishers location.
