CallTech systems are designed to ensure security of all hardware and
data. Network architecture includes LANs segmented for each client,
deployment of firewalls, network logins that are both password protected
and IP restricted, and use of strong (128-bit) encryption whenever
possible during data transmissions. Each CallTech facility requires a
keycard for entry, and employees are required to display photo-ID badges
at all times when on premises.
