Robert J. Massey
Chairman
Bob was President and Chief Executive Officer of CompuServe from 1995 to
1997. Prior to serving as CompuServe’s CEO, he directed CompuServe’s
Network Services Division from 1991 through 1997. He also held numerous
executive positions with the firm over a twenty-year period in various
sales, marketing and general management, plus served on the company’s
Board of Directors during the period 1991 through 1997. Bob previously
was a sales manager with the IBM Corporation, Control Data Corporation,
now known as Ceridian. He is a graduate of Holy Cross College,
Worcester, Massachusetts and has an MBA from Syracuse University. He
serves on several Boards of Directors including TELLnGO, an "alerts"
middleware software company; Internet Transaction Solutions, a
receivables management services company; and TattleTale Alarm Systems, a
cellular based security systems company.
Cecil J. Petitti III
Chief Executive Officer
C.J., is responsible for the general management and financial functions
of the organization, and has several years’ experience in managing all
facets of call center operations. He is a major shareholder and Director
of NetMed, Inc., a Columbus, Ohio-based technology and medical equipment
company. A graduate of Ohio State University with a major in business,
C.J. is active on several boards of directors including CallTech,
NetWalk, and NetMed.
Kent Bowen
President
Kent joined CallTech in September 1996. Prior to joining CallTech, Kent
was a Vice President of Corporate Finance at Provident Bank in Columbus,
Ohio. While he was with Provident, he financed many telecom-related
programs. He previously was a Vice President with Bank One in Columbus.
His financial expertise and banking experience make him a valuable asset
to the CallTech team. Kent graduated from Ohio Northern University in
1985 with a dual degree in Accounting and Finance. He is a partner in
Weiler-Bowen, Ltd, a real estate development firm.
Todd Price
Chief Technology Officer
Todd is also one of the founders of the Company and is the CallTech’s
Chief Technology Officer. He has experience in all aspects of call
center technology and possesses an extensive technical background in
Internet technology plus several years’ experience in call center
operational management. Todd matriculated from Heidelberg University in
Ohio with a major in computer science.
Trevor Friesen
Vice President of Call Center Operations
Trevor joined the CallTech team in March of 1999. Before joining
Calltech Communications, Trevor worked as an Operations Contract
Manager/Helpdesk Manager for BellSouth.net where he specialized in call
center consulting. Trevor started his career as a Workforce Manager for
Frontier Communications, responsible for the performance of Frontier’s
national customer service centers with over 2000 sales and service
representatives. His career accomplishments include achieving
BellSouth.net’s highest customer satisfaction results 3rd Quarter 1998,
recipient of BellSouth.net’s Presidents Award 4th Quarter 1998, and
received certification in call center and helpdesk management, February
1999. Trevor attended the Naval Academy and William Tyndale College.
Trevor Ferger
Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Trevor started his career in sales management with Procter & Gamble.
From 1979 to 1998 he ran Ferger and Associates, a consumer products
marketing company. Most recently he has served as the president of
Netmed, a medical technology company. He has a BA from Wake Forest
University and an MBA from Xavier University.
